Wireless System (8 Two-Way Audio Camera)

TLDR: Original hard drive worked for 10 minutes, then died. The tech support team mailed me an additional power cord & hard drive & was incredible at communicating! The system is working beautifully!A restaurant owner friend of mine recommended this system.We use these cameras for external monitoring of a commercial building. The footprint is small enough that the Wifi reaches well enough. The video is crystal clear, and the multiple access points to review footage are very convenient (computer, app, actual device). The 4TB hard drive is perfect for a 90-day recording cycle. I had the cameras professionally mounted by my electricians and they had 0 issues getting them up and running.While it's clear that the manual and tech support team are working with a language barrier, the whole system is very easy to work with and pretty intuitive.

All the 8 cameras were pre-paired with the NVR before shipping , so to set up is simply plug and Play. The 5.0 MP camera provide good quality picture with details. Its AI detection is accurate and a good convenient to me as I do not have to spend a lot of time to roll back the tape to search. Although the cameras are located about 20 meters apart at the 4 corners of the house with walls in between, the Repeater feature enable all 8 cameras go online and work smoothly. The after sales support is fast , responsive and helpful.I am very happy with my purchase.I am a novice so I would like to request the owner manual to have more details .

Purchased because of decent customer reviews. However, I would NOT recommend this camera system to anyone. First off, the HHD needs to have software uploaded to it (couldn't get it to work at all). Second, the cameras freeze up for 45seconds +/- at a time, very often. They also go out completely, and the only way to get them back is to re-setup the wireless configuration. The one positive thing I can say is this system was easy to set up. Not worth it all in all.

The cameras were easy to install and quick and easy to connect to the system. For 8 WIFI cameras the price is very good. Picture quality is also very good Did have one camera that would not connect and OHWOAI quickly sent me a replacement camera at no cost to me. I have had the system in for 6 months now and it still works perfectly.

Love how the camera's connect automatically to the system after power up. The display monitor can be configured to show all images, 6 camera, 4 cameras, scroll through all images, scroll 4 images at a time, and probably other options that I don't recall. Recording zones can be configures, human recognition works. There is a lot of available configurations. I have not found the range where connectivity begins to fail, but the system comes with 2 long range camera antennas, and the ability for a distant camera to communicate to an intermediate camera that will relay the distant camera. Clarity is great during the day, lacking at night when trying to capture an image of a person. Playback is a challenge, but maybe still a learning curve. I found i

My first security system and it was a bit of a learning curve. It took me a little while to get it up and running. I'm not all that tech savvy. Cameras themselves were pretty durable...the screws in their mounts...not so much. Had some that stripped out and others that folded. Once I got them all up realized those cords only stretch so far...so outdoor camera...not really because they only extend a 12 feet. So.i had to.run some.wires then. The cameras do not have track and zoom for objects and it was way.over sensitive to the point where wind blowing in the bushes set.off the alarm.Now it seems to scramble my wifi.signal when I turn it on??? I think i have got it... quality in product...about 1980s setup tech...But pictures are clear....night vision is good. They emit a red.light from the front at night so they are pretty easily seen...plus the bright green flashing light for all 8 cameras. So if you want the camera spotted before the camera spots your potential mischief...doesn't help that they are all white in color. As far as value goes...I got my money's worth...

I bought this camera system 4 months ago & used it for a while before reviewing. It comes with four adjustment screws to easily adjust to a convenient angle. HDD records smoothly and the AI playback is very efficient, I can find out if anyone was at my place with only 4 mouse clicks: it displays pics of ‘human presence’ throughout the day, I them select the visitor I want to see and play that video clip only. Really saves a lot of playback time. I like the sound recording and two-way audio, this is a great add on. My furthest camera is 48 feet away and I get excellent video quality without using the extended antenna that was provided. I am very pleased with this system.
