I love the pan and use it a few times a week. I haven’t tried it in the oven. It does say not to put it in the dishwasher and I thought, it won’t hurt it, I’ll try it. Well, the handle *fills* up with water and it’s extremely difficult to get it out! You have to spend about 5 minutes shaking it over a sink to get it out (there is no opening and there isn’t meant to be). Heed my advice and wash it by hand like they recommend. Every time I forget, I quickly remember and mentally kick myself again. As for cooking, the heat distribution is not bad, it’s obviously hotter in the middle. Non stick is pretty good too. Overall, a very good pan and washes easy…so don’t put it in the dishwasher!

Bought this as a anniversary present for the wife. Yea, seems lame, but we are middle age and don't buy each other much. But, she scrambles herself a couple of eggs almost daily, and she spent way too much time cleaning a crusty pan. So, I bought her this for the sole purpose of being an egg pan. I have also used it for over easy eggs. Well, this pan is legit for eggs. No stick. No crusty eggs. No stick whatsoever, did I mention that? Even melted cheese doesn't stick. We cook on medium-low power only. She uses spray, I use a dab of olive oil. Similar results. This is not a high heat pan! Used for a couple of months now, as I wanted to get lots of use before reviewing. That time is up. This is a great egg pan. I would definitely recommend. Your uses may vary, but if you need a good nonstick medium or lower pan, this is it. Oh, the lid is actually pretty nice, and fits and seals nicely.

I love this pan! I have had it for about 3 weeks now. It is the best pan I have ever owned so far. Nothing sticks to it and the cleanup is so easy! I fry 5 to 6 eggs in it. I use no butter, oil, nothing but a bit of water. This pan is so easy to clean that I don't even have to wipe it. I just give is a spray and it is like new. I am happy I ordered 2 of these. Update: My excitement in these pans were short lived. I have had them just under 1 year and the coating is chipping and discolored on BOTH, also, the lids no longer fit either pan. I guess the pans have warped. They are still non stick but with the chipping I no longer feel safe using these.

We have an older version of this one that we've used almost every day. It finally got to where it was starting to stick so we decided to get a new one. The old one was black where this new one is grey and the old one had a Bakelite handle where the new one has a stainless steel one. This new one has the steel handle which does get too hot to hold onto for very long. Also, this new one has a convex bottom, so when you pour oil into it the oil all runs to the outer edges of the pan. Other than the handle and convex bottom it's a great pan that nothing (so far) has been sticking to.

I have used this pan only a few weeks and I am surprised at how effectlive it is. It is very light weight which concerned me but that has proven to be an asset, rather than a defect. Following instructions I use very low heat and was surprised at how well the pan performed. Heat distributes evenly....often a problem in low priced pans. I am very careful and do not use abrasive utinsels in cooking or cleaning and so I can't rate its scratch resistence. I am quite satisfied and look forward to many years of effective use. ( the pan it replaced was 7 years old.). I use the pan every day , frequently two or three times, and so far, so good. ( i have several pans this size, most not coated, and find that I prefer using this coated pan). It is extremely easy to clean.

It's nice to see a well made pan that #1. has no harmful chemicals and #2 can stand a hot oven over 350 degrees. I like to cook things on top of the stove and then finish them in the oven. I now don't have to worry that the pan will be damaged. YOu can't broil things but the pans are safe in an oven. Clean up is a breeze...You can literally just wipe it out and it's clean. I've never had to scrub it because of some stuck on food. The pan is a bit light and when I received it I had my doubts but a low to medium flame is more than enough to saute food and still get it brown. Overall I'm very satisfied with this pan and I can see purchasing more in the future...

I like this little pan a lot. I use it almost daily. I'm single so it's a great size for grilled cheese, morning eggs, pork chops and hamburgers. I even use it to steam broccoli. It's super easy to clean and the non-stick surface so far is perfect. It's heavy enough to distribute heat well. I like also that the handle and knob on the lid are metal and can take heat so can be used in the oven. The knob gets hot but that's what hot pads are for. Will have to wait and see how the non-stick coating holds up over time. Update 5/2025: The coating didn't hold up as well as expected so had to discard pan. It started de-laminating and flaking and I don't want to ingest this stuff. Also, the bottom of the pan is not flat so oil and in particular eggs immediately head toward the outside of the bottom of the pan. Not a deal killer for an inexpensive pan, but I've now found other similarly priced pans with flat bottoms. No, I wouldn't buy this pan again.

I've purchased multiple Koch System pans, and I'll keep buying more. Great heat distribution and the surface prevents sticking. Not much else needs to be said. They are the best "budget" pans you can buy.
