Cuts good pickles

This crinkle cut knife works well. Since I can’t see how you would sharpen it at home, I’m glad that it came sharp enough to slice hard vegetables like potatoes and carrots. It works well for preparing vegetables for quick pickling such as carrots, beets, etc. It is a specialty tool, but it’s a nice addition to our kitchen that doesn’t take much space.

Value for money , ease of cleaning, durable , Could be used for delicate cuts

The crinkles it makes arent great or maybe not that satisfying is a better way to say it. For the price you cant expect it to feel expensive/quality but would expect a little better look/feel.

I preserve a lot of food so this knife gets used a lot. It adds a finished look to all the pickles that I make. Dependable and great quality. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a finished look to your food.

While this is easy to use, it does not give and maintain the crinkle cut, hence 1 star. I’ll be returning

A really nice kitchen tool with the quality you’d expect from Zyliss. The handle is comfortable to hold and the blade feels sharp and effective for crinkle-cutting potatoes or vegetables.
