Great alternative. I reorder if it's the best deal
This Horbäach oxygenated magnesium is an excellent alternative. The biggest well-known one was recommended to me by my professional who also uses it. Once I was out I knew I couldn't reorder because of cost. So I looked for alternatives and I found this. This is an excellent alternative and I have reordered several times now. I do feel the other one was stronger, but this one was pretty close so it's still worth it for me. I have since found a more completive brand just like this around the same cost that worked the same, however, the price went up several dollars more so I'll stick with this one and appreciate the consistent good value. I hope they sell a lot. I take 1-2 before bed usually with a decent amount of water depending on what I ingested that day. If I've had too much roughage or fiber, I don't need as much. If I took certain things or had binding things I'll take more. If I have major issues I'll take 3-4. It was easy for me to figure out my own rhythm, and if I keep my fiber up I don't have to take as many which saves me money. I rarely reorder anything because my body rejects nearly everything on this planet, and this is one that needs to be around. As long as the value stays where it is, I'll have this around indefinitely, thank you.

Decent Cleanse for the Price
I’ve had better colon cleanse supplements such as mag 07 and global healing, but this one still works. I mainly bought it because it’s cheaper than the brand I usually use, and it does the job without upsetting my stomach. It’s gentle, easy to take, and you can feel it working, just not as strongly as the others I’ve tried. For the price, it’s a decent option and gets the job done.

Excellent value for the money
Love this product. It works as is claimed and is so much cheaper than the well known brand. If you want a great product for detoxing/cleansing, add this with some fiber, drink plenty of water and you will be happy with the results.

NEVER AGAIN... I TOOK THIS FOR TWO DAYS AND THEN FOR TWO DAYS I HAVE HEEN SOOO SICK. NAUSEAD NO ENERGY DIZZY WHEN STANDING IM NOT SURE WHAT IT IS BUT THE WHOLE BOTTLE MINUS FOUR PILLS IS GOING THROWED AWAY.
