Great Product Really works
This is a great product. I was using a siilar product but it was out of stock. I discovered Pomi MATRIX and it is great, works better than my previous brand. I was struggling with urinary urgency and intermittent urine leakage in small amounts and this product has been a key to controlling that. A great relief! It has opened up new life again.Stan42

It does the job I need for my prostate
I was using a different but very similar brand until it wasn’t listed on Amazon anymore and I couldn’t find it elsewhere in the USA. This had been my next choice when I started that brand. My good luck is that this works even better than the previous brand, ie it works very well. Specifically I was struggling with urinary urgency and intermittent urine leakage in small amounts and this has been a key to controlling that. What a relief!! It has opened up life again. As far as I can tell I haven’t experienced any side effects.I think some reviewers talk about their PSA. I haven’t had elevations in mine so I can’t report on that. I am simply very grateful for immensely improved urinary control.

This is what you need, but not all you'll need to do..
My PSA was 5.7 and after my recent blood work it's now 0.93, even my doctor was amazed, he asked, what did you do? I replied, I took your advice. My colon and prostate were both swollen when I had a CT scan, and my blood work was showing that my PSA was increasing so I was prescribed Tamsulosin, but I stopped taking it because it was suppressing my urine and making me dribble, so I asked, what can I do naturally to help with my constipation and swollen colon and prostate, and then was given so great advice. I was told to make sure you are drinking six to eight glasses of water each day; other liquids don't count. Make sure you exercise, bike and squats, I would ride my bike for 25 minutes 4 days a week, going to work every day is not exercise, and I'm a factory worker. Most of the meals I would make at home would be organic and non-GMO, and if we would eat out on the weekends, I would substitute my 16-ounce ribeye steak for salmon. I made many smoothies with apples, bananas, pears, berries, greens and advocates, I would open up two capsules of POMI 10X and sprinkle it into my smoothie. Just be careful that you don't overdo it with the smoothies because if you don't eat some of your fruits and vegetables you won't be getting enough roughage and it can add to your constipation problems. I was also told to eat a whole grain bread, I chose Brownberry Organic 100% whole grain. I was also told to eat 3 prunes a day, I chose, Sunsweet D' Noir Prunes preservative free. So basically, stop eating processed foods full of preservatives. All this together worked for me, hopefully this advice will help you.

Tiny bottle
I was surprised by how small the bottle is.

While I can't prove causation by correlation it has helped
PSA level was 2 in 2012 then went up to 7.5 recently and now down to 4. I know you can't prove causation by correlation but my nocturnal discomfort has gone. Even if someone told me it was a placebo it appears to produce the results and despite it being rather costly I would recommend that you at least try it for yourself.

PSA total has decreased significantly
My PSA total was 3.8 in October of last year. As of May 2021 it is 1.7. I'm not sure if this is coincidence, but I have been taking these supplements since my original test was done last October, and will continue to use.

PSA went down slightly
i’ve been taking it a couple of months now, and it has worked as far as I can tell but not what I hoped for. I didn’t get the results in the clinical study.
