This Nintendo replacement case fits and works like a charm. Very nice.

Body look amazing! It fits pretty good, but some of the screws don't fit quite right so they are hard to screw in and leave the game boy with a slight gap between front and back pices near the top. But I just used the smaller screws that came with the replacement that were meant for around the motherboard and now there is no gap.I ended up using the original buttons and rubber because the quality seemed better on them. I have yet to repair the speaker, but I am so glad that it came with it.

Donot buy this plastic is bad quality there is a line visible on the front and buttons dont fit too at the black place of the screen there is a white big scratch ...

Plastic is good and high quality on the actual housing itself, and the rubber on the button cushions are nice and fresh. However, there are a number of discrepancies on some other items that prevent it from being a perfect replacement.- The "Game Boy Color" font on the front screen overlay is completely different from the factory version. The "Boy" part of Game Boy is a thinner font than the "Game" font. Also, the "Color" letters are in a darker shade than the factory screen overlay and are not bunched together like they should be. They are instead spaced apart.- The back information sticker has typos on it. ("Nintende" instead of Nintendo, "Patents Issuod" instead of "Patents Issued")- The speaker is a completely different model than the factory speaker. It is smaller and has no extra "shell" surrounding it, meaning you will have to use some extra material to make it sit comfortably inside the shell.- *edit* upon closer inspection, the actual buttons themselves are also made of a lower quality plastic than the factory buttons. Also, the clear COMM overlay that is smoked black on the actual GBC is a flat grey for some odd reason? Score adjusted to reflect this.- Only half of the case scews were included. 6 are needed to hold the case together, mine only came with 3 case screws and 3 motherboard screws. Luckily my actual GBC had all the screws to it.In short, very little outside of the actual shell itself is useful. Pictures provided for reference.Overall, these discrepancies make the replacement shell have a very "Bootleg" feel to it. I won't be using any of these parts when I replace the shell on my GBC, and will instead re-use the ones from my current GBC.
