Augie and the Green Knight

I started reading this to my son, who struggles with dyslexia, a couple years ago. He loved the story and now he has read it on his own a couple times. He relates to the main character and the wording gives him a nice challenge.

Clever humour along the lines of Monty Python and The Simpsons. In my opinion it works for people of any age since it's not dumbed down like most other children's books. Augie is an awesomely nerdy character that perfectly conveys the chaos that would ensue if science met magic.If you are a science nerd or a science nerd with kids, and _don't_ have this book yet, you're doing it wrong and need to remedy said oversight.

I have bought this book via the kickstarter as well as here and given it as gifts to middle-grades readers, because it is a brilliant book as well as a great satire/homage to Arthurian lit.

My son's favorite book. He loves the whimsy as much as the logic puzzles, and has read it a dozen times at least.

This is a fantastic book for kids and adults. The writing is very clever and easy to read and the strong female character is a huge plus.
