Takes the edge off a busy day

4 stars only because I hope its not placebo lol I am naturally very stressed, Type-A person. I was worried that, with all the stress, my cortisol levels may be up, which is why I am having trouble losing weight and sleeping. So far, I do feel a bit better about the stress in my life, and its not that things have gotten more manageable, but the feeling of constant anxiety and stress feels lesser. My midday/mid-evening headaches have been less frequent. I am still very exhausted after work, but this isn't for energy; this is to feel less stressed, and so far, I think it's doing some sort of a job. No side effects noticed when taking this 1/day. For the price of a 2-month supply, it was worth just trying it, and I will see when I finish the bottle if I can tell by my stress levels (that I am tracking) if they decreased or not by any significant amount.

I’ve been taking this every day because I wanted to add ashwagandha to my daily wellness routine. One thing I really appreciate is the capsule size. Compared with many other supplements I’ve tried, these capsules are much smaller and much easier to swallow. I only need to take one capsule each day, which makes it much more convenient. I originally chose this supplement because I was looking for something to support stress management as part of my overall routine. While supplements take time and everyone’s experience can be different, I like how simple this one is to take consistently. If you usually struggle with large capsules, this is a much more comfortable option.

This is marketed as a stress reliever, but I use it as a sleep aid and it works better than any prescription drug I've ever been on and without any nasty side effects. At first I was a little groggy in the morning, but that passed after the first week or so of use. By way of background, I was experiencing some pretty severe sleep disturbances that were costing me time at work because it wasn't safe for me to perform my job duties because of lack of sleep. I had been to several sleep specialists, tried all the recommended sleep hygiene as far as possible working shift work, and tried several prescription sleep medications. None of it worked worth a damn. I'd all but given up hope. Then I read about Ashwagandha in an online article about sleep disorders and decided to give it a try. I wish I'd found it years ago. And Nature Made produces a quality product. It's worked every night, or day if I'm working night shifts, since I started taking it without fail. The prescription medication would work for a night or two and then quit. For the first time in a very long time I'm getting quality sleep, sleeping through the night, and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. This has really been a miracle cure and it came at a time when I thought I was out of options.

I recently tried the Nature Made Ashwagandha Capsules, hoping for stress relief benefits. While there are some positives, my experience was mixed. The 125mg dosage per capsule is convenient, and the 60-day supply is a good value for the price. I appreciate that the capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach upset. However, I didn’t notice a significant difference in my stress levels after using this product for a few weeks. It might work better for others, but for me, the results were subtle at best. Additionally, I wish the product included more information about the sourcing and quality of the ashwagandha used. Overall, this supplement is decent, but it didn’t deliver the noticeable stress support I was hoping for. It’s worth trying if you’re curious, but manage your expectations. Three stars!
