Not the miracle it claims on TV.
Not what I thought it was. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The advertisements for this all say "Eat what you want" etc. The bottle says it works best with a keto diet. Keto diets do work for me but I wanted something that didn't require me to cook two separate meals for my daughter and myself. Plus I am a raging jerk on a keto diet because for some reason you have to cut out caffeine for it to work properly... I was hoping this would live up to the promise of the TV and internet ads but I actually gained weight while taking this supplement. I didn't do anything differently than normal. I Just added taking the supplement to my morning routine and went about my merry way.
