So glad I bought this! Easy to clean, durable and perfect cut brownies!

This is the best pan for brownies. My husband uses it for his famous brownie bites and everyone raves about them. I swear it is the pan that makes the brownie. They come out very even and level. Every piece comes out exactly the same. Unlike some pans where the edges get hard while the middle is still gooey. No sticking, so no scrubbing. Cooks evenly and we don't have the greatest oven, but the pan somehow compensates. A good bargain too. I could only find the pan on Amazon. If they are in stores, it is not where I live.

I've used the pan a couple of times now, and it does what it's supposed to do. That is, it bakes a batch of something that requires a 9X13 inch pan and provides evenly-sized portions. The non-stick coating works well. The divider thing is a bit of a hassle to clean, but I expected that. Something I wasn't expecting: the dividers seem to help speed up and even out the baking. One batch of oatmeal brownies I made were done 5 minutes early and all of the bars were the same temperature (I use a quick-read thermometer to check doneness). Others have complained about batter leaking under the removable tray. It does to a small degree, but it's easy to clean up. My only gripe is that the removable tray is very thin and actually bends under the weight of whatever you've baked. It's not a huge problem, but it does force together some of the sections in the center so your perfect little bars get smooshed a little. Other than that, I highly recommend this pan.

Everything was great. Didn’t even have to prepare with Pam or anything. When removing exactly as advertised. I let brownies cool for 10 min. before removing separated.

Purchased this for brownies, cake bars, etc... I tried using it both during cooking as just as a cutter after cooling. It really works great to use as a cutter. When I used while cooking, I missed a couple of spots and my brownies started to tear. I had to go around the edges of the divider with a knife to get them out cleanly.I cooked some cake bars and just used it as a cutter and it worked fantastic. It has a removal tray that goes in the pan as well so you can cut, remove everything using the tray, store your goodies and clean up is a breeze.

The concept is great for a brownie pan. Making uniform size brownies etc. the issue is the batter seeps under the pan and makes it very hard to pull the brownies out without sticking. Even with non stick spray. The other thing is, the cutter doesn’t cut all the way through, leaving some brownies coming out of the pan easily and others sticking and half the brownie is still stuck in the pan. This pan also doesn’t work well with Ghiradelli brand mix because the brownies are so fudgy. I love the fact that you can top each individual brownie with various toppings before baking but it’s not worth all the other hassle of brownies sticking, batter leakage and it’s also hard to clean

An excellent addition to any cook or bakers collection. I have been obssessed about cutting perfect brownies, and blondies, then I came across this and it is an absolute gem. A definite recommend!
