This is my go to preworkout I love that there’s immediate energy and no after crash. Plus great flavors!

Love this preworkout
I like to take a preworkout before I go to the gym--I go really early (5:15 am) and have a hard time eating that early, so the preworkout serves a double purpose for me--gives me a little energy and gets a little something in my stomach. I really like this preworkout--it mixes easily, it tastes good (although they were suppose to send me strawberry Pina colada and instead I got raspberry lemonade--not a big deal--it tastes great!). Some preworkouts are packed with caffeine and can leave me a little jittery, but this one does not leave me jittery at all. I highly recommend this preworkout!

Did nothing for me.
Mixes very well and taste awesome! On the down side, I didn't really feel anything. Like at all. I didn't feel any ups or downs. I did not get a boost and I did not get crash.

Very effective energy drink- delicious!
I use powdered energy drinks every day instead of coffee. The uplift brand is one of my favorites as far as flavor and effectiveness. This flavor - strawberry pina colada - is delicious like all of the Uplift drink flavors I've used. This drink gives me an energy boost, but there are no jitters or other uncomfortable symptoms. If you take this too late in the day, say after 5pm, you will be up all night! It's that effective! (At least that's what it does to me). If you are planning a long drive or need to be up late studying- you'll love this drink! I mix the powder in my 64 ounce iced herbal tea drink in the morning and it helps a lot with my energy level throughout the day. Later in the afternoon, I switch to iced herbal tea with a cal/mag drink powder. This has worked really well for me for years and I highly recommend this brand.

REALLY love this pre-workout. It has great flavor and gives me lots of PEP! Be warned if you use both scoops in the evening and don’t do an intense workout, because you will be awake all night! Lol
