I thought they were inflatable, they're not. They're stuffed with those tiny little beads. This also must be for children because I'm a small girl and it would barely fit around my forearm. Returning.

Very good product.
I ended up purchasing 3 of these cushions for a relative to provide comfort for his arms/elbows as he was disabled with a terminal illness. They can be used with or without being zipped up.
