Replaced cracked swivel, happy since.
Noticed a day after hanging up bag that the hanging swing swivel was cracked, and it eventually bent to what the photo shows. Replaced it and the carabiners with a $33.85 version shown in the second picture (rated for $6000+ pounds), and have been happy ever since.The bag feels great to punch even without gloves, and can hold up to strong punches and kicks.

I’ve had this bag for just shy of a year now, and I’ve been beating the hell out of it weekly. It’s held up great. I have a heavy duty spring and hanger that’s likely helped. No tears or rips yet. I’m 5’11’’ 225lbs for reference.

I am highly impressed to say the least. The bag is tall (at least 6 feet) its very durable and very tough. I can kicks, knees, elbows, and pretty much everything. It holds up really well. What more can i say?? Lol I may insert some images later
