I can’t believe this worked so fast! I was very skeptical but bought this as had no other choice (daily slug party at night was driving me mad, especially after I saw a huge slug laying on my whole thyme plant which i used in food that day)…First night (two days ago!), after i sprinkled the pellets, many were out (as usual) but i saw some munching on the pellets. Second night and tonight they were gone completely. I didn’t expect it to be so soon.I’m scared to jinx it but i hope this lasts long-term. The only thing i worry about is that i wouldn’t let my friend’s dog visiting the garden for some as i doubt the pellets are safe (considering how quickly they killed all slugs)

Does the job, but the pack seems unnecessarily large. Lots of slugs in my garden and I'm now armed for the next ten years.

This works and It does not harm pets or birds. I like to use this now before you see snails and slugs around to protect my plants. Plants are expensive to buy so I like to protect them but I don’t like the thought of harming birds or cats who stray into my garden.

I've been using this product for years and I can't fault it, can't be without it so if you love growing Hostas this is the one!

I spent ages reading through reviews trying to make an informed choice on the best slug pellets to use, I thought I'd nailed it with these... I hadn't. They're useless as my poor Sunflowers, Peppers, Calendula and Livingstone Daisies will attest! The slugs literally crawl over them and carry on chomping. Also, after (about) two or three days, the pellets go fuzzy and look decidedly mouldy. This was an expensive mistake and now I need to find a safe way of disposing of the rest because it's certainly not worth putting them on the soil to save my plants!
