Silicon Mix Hair Treatment and Shampoo 16oz – Intensive Deep Conditioning Hair

Absolutely love these,the shampoo begins the revival of the hair it cleans and softens,then the treatment brings back the sheen,texture and overall appearance of the hair. It revitalize any hair.

I'm still in shock. I got this hair... it's wasn't low end, like BSS, but it wasn't high end... it was somewhere in the middle. About $45 a pack. It was great for a month and a half, but then it started getting stiff and bunching. The tangles were always easy to get out, but it was a constant battle to keep it tangle-free, and I hated the stiffness. It was time to get it redone, so I took it out. I heard about the bleach bath, so decided I would try to revive it and use it again. But I don't think I left it in the bleach long enough. Unfortunately, I did this right before my appointment (went with the hair wet, LOL) so I didn't realize til it was back in my head that the hair was still stiff and also seemed to have product buildup. So, my options were to take it out and have her put in some new hair or try this. So, I decided to give it a try. My first step was to clarify the hair with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo. I had to do like 3 washes to get it to suds up. Then I washed it with the Silicon Mix Shampoo once. Next, I put the Silicon Mix condition in and combed it through. I sat under the dryer for about 40 minutes with it covered in plastic. It was late so air drying wasn't an option. I sat under the dryer for about 40 minutes, which got it mostly dry. I was worried about this because most advice tells you to air dry the hair and that this is critical. When I got from under the dryer I was AMAZED at the results. It was so soft, light and bouncy. It was basically like it was when I first got it. Based on the way it was before, I couldn't believe it was possible for it to be restored to their level. I am so happy I don't need to pay for some more hair and then pay for my stylist to remove and reinstall. This is a miracle product! EDIT: I noticed this also worked miracles for my natural hair. After washing, I just twisted up my leave out and let it dry. Then, I used a flat iron without even blowdrying it first, and I could already tell the difference in how straight and shiny it was. For the two weeks until I washed it, I barely had to touch it up. It stayed straight and shiny. There was a true difference with how my hair straightened and remained straightened than with any other product I've used.

Made my hair really soft after and long week of no moisturizer. Brings back my curls every time. The shampoo does not strip my hair even after two washes. A little bit of both goes a long way definitely will buy again.

I absolutely love this hair treatment! I love how it leaves my hair—soft and silky—and it has an incredible scent. It comes well-packaged; it's an excellent product, and I will definitely buy it again.

Great shampoo and conditioner for all types of hair

I love this. My friend recomended it and I am in love. My curls have been damaged from years of box dye and look visibly healthier after a couple weeks of using this.

Before I bought this, I read the reviews, and I started to get nervous about whether or not these products (I bought both the shampoo and the conditioner) would be right for my hair because I saw many reviews from African-American women who use it either on their own hair or on wigs. I am a white woman with very fine, wavy/sometimes just messy-looking hair. I decided to take a chance, and I’m really glad I did because this is wonderful stuff for women with my kind of hair. When I shampoo and condition with this, then just fluff my hair around and let it air dry, I end up with the kind of hair I like best (given what my hair is capable of): it’s in shiny waves (or, when it’s humid, loose ringlets). The fuzzy, cotton-candy, messy look I’m not as happy with is rare for me now. Some reviews complain about the scent, but I actually really like the scent. (It also fades quickly after your hair dries.) Others have said that the product builds up over time. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now every day, and I haven’t noticed any problem yet. But I’ve read that you can use certain kinds of shampoo to get silicone out of your hair if it builds up. I couldn’t be happier with these products. They have made a real difference for me.

Miracle worker for my human hair wigs. I don’t know for sure if it is the combination of shampoo and conditioner or just conditioner but I do know when u let the conditioner sit you wig is like brand new every time. This wig is over 5 yrs old and bleached.
