There are NOT 2 fuel lines into a qg 4000 carb
The person writing the review complaining about it NOT have two fuel lines in is in error big time. 1 fuel line. Air comes into the carb from the air filter on the left and the mixed air/fuel mixture goes out of the carb on the right. (I do know this. I just replaced mine in my qg 4000)

Looks right but doesn’t run right!
Outside of the carburetor looks really similar to stock Onan carb but it runs extremely rich and just smoked and stalls out. Also disappointed it doesn’t come with the big foam gasket that seals the air filter housing around the air box like it shows in the picture that it comes with one. This carb was a waste of money and valuable time spent installing

Looks like the original
It looks like the original, but it is not the same. I was never able to get my generator running with this carburetor. It was drowning in gasoline and had no chance of starting. There is not much to adjust on this carburetor, and there is no information about this either.

The part pictured is not what you receive
I ordered since the picture showed to ports for fuel line. Upon receipt I found it only had a port for fuel line in but not out. Thinking it had been picked in error I ordered another and received the same exact item. This carburetor is not the correct one for the model number listed.

Did NOT work at all...
Unfortunately I waited to long to install and try it out. Carburetor did not work at all. It wouldn't even make an effort to start. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY...
