I always have this on hand
I don't usually have fresh garlic on hand. This is easy to keep on hand. It mixes easily into any dish you are cooking. It has a mild but delicious flavor. I do one teaspoon for every clove of garlic the recipe calls for. I add it at the end of the cooking process. My family loves the flavor and doesn't notice it is not fresh garlic. It is already minced so it is easy to add and no one gets a big chunk of garlic in their food. I make sure I never run out of this garlic seasoning.
