I am using android steerio after Market. So need any hi low convoter ?

the build in crossover works well. You can connect the unit via rear speaker wires or by RCA's off the Head unit

Can you buy a bass remote for this?

Type JBL RBC in the Amazon search and the remotes that fit both the BassPro SL and SL2 should be shown.

I have a 1990 regular can truck I’m guessing these could mount behind my seat since nothing would work unless I have a custom fiberglass enclosure.

yes it could over even under the seat
