CORE Organic Refrigerated Plant-Based Protein Bars – Low Sugar, High Fiber Bars with Probiotics – Pack of 16, Peanut Butter Crunch

I used to buy these a few years ago and just grabbed an order due to the current apocalypse we're all dealing with. These are basically glorified larabars. Terribly disappointed with the direction they took this product. Definitely not worth the money.

I LOVE these bars! I got a chance to sample them at an event earlier this year and have been sure to have a stash of them in my fridge ever since!I have to say, I do eat some things that don't always taste great if I know they're super healthy and good for me, which is why I love these so much- they're good for you with pre and pro biotics and good fiber and protein, but they actually taste delicious and have the texture of overnight oats in bar-form!I'm hooked!

I emailed Core Foods and asked them what the Organic Natural Flavor ingredient actually is and this is exactly what they told me: "We do not disclose the specific flavoring systems we use in our CORE Bars"After persisting in trying to find out what this ingredient actually is, they responded with "This is all the information I am able to provide at this time." Clearly they're hiding something. Why would they not want to disclose what that ingredient is? One word: Sketch

I wanted to write a review about these oat bars. I do not like granola bars generally, but I love these bars. First off, they are an overnight oat bar with no added sugar. Any sugar in the product comes naturally from the ingredients that include oats, chia seeds, peanuts, dates and pre and probiotics. This bar is so fresh that it is kept refrigerated. I found these at Walgreens and, now, I eat at least one every day. The ingredients are fantastic and the taste is awesome. If you care about the quality of what you eat, I would definitely recommend this bar.

Love this oat bar. It has substance and satisfies the hunger as well as the needs of the body as noted above.Also, it is delicious!
