We're pleased.
I wrote this review right after we received the product, but life intervened and I'm just now posting it. Weโve had a stationary bike for many years. It got too scary to get on because of the height of the seat, even at its lowest setting, so we decided to switch to a recumbent bike. We just finished putting together the bike. We are ancient, so it took us a while, but neither of us broke down in tears or yelled in frustration, so a win. Some observations: Itโs a two-person job: One to hold and one to manipulate, plus one of them has to read the instructions. Itโs nice if one person has small fingers. We switched between holding and manipulating, but only one of us read the instructions. The instructions are extremely clear and straightforward. Go slowly and donโt skip around. Some steps are not straightforward, but the instructions do a good job of explaining the task. The nuts/bolts/tools presentation is fantastic. See photo. The only thing we had to add was a box cutter and a flashlight to look into the tubes to find wires that slipped down in shipping. The wires had twist ties to hold them together and out of the tubes, but some managed to escape. Adjusting the seat position is easyโpull the knob on the bar under the seat and slide the seat. Adjusting the resistance is easyโturn the knob on the column under the handlebars. The lowest setting is difficult for us, so we will work in short sessions at first. The walk-through design makes getting on and off the bike easy, even for my husband who uses a walker. I thought the seat moved a little when I got off it, but my husband didnโt notice that at all. We havenโt tried the tracking options yet, but they look straightforward. We havenโt used the bike long-term, but we are happy so far. Update My husband has used the bike every day since we got it in January. He loves it. He says it is easy to get on and off and feels stable. The tension is easy to adjust and then stays put. "What more is there to say?"

Fantastic for the price point
Ordered this bike so we could stay in shape during COVID. We both are over 65 and my wife has ambulatory issues. This bike is PERFECT. The recumbent styling is very easy on your body and the low strep-through frame make mounting and dismounting a breeze. The seat is easily adjusted for comfort and position. The display, while simple, tracks time, distance, rate, calories burned and even your pulse rate. It has a nice big knob to adjust the resistance . Assembly for the most part is easy. Fasteners come clearly labeled on a cardboard card along with a multi-function too to use. The instructions are fairly clear and do have pictures to guide you. The only issue I ran into was connecting the resistance knob cable connector. You have to do this with the handlebar column dangling. On the handlebar end you have part of the connector and in the base the other. Yu need to pull enough of the cable out of the base to be able to attach them together. The only problem then is that you cannot push the assembled cable back into the base. You need to remove the side covers of the pedal/flywheel cover and pull the cable back down. Once you get the handlebar tube mounted properly check to see that the resistance adjustment is good enough. I didn't do this step (which the instructions say nothing about) end ended up doing later. I set the resistance knob to maximum and adjusted the magnet assembly to where it just rubbed the flywheel, them backed off the adjustment a quarter turn. Easy to move the unit around with its built in rollers. Stands up for storage. All in all you can't beat it for the price.

Decent bike
My bike arrived a couple days early which was nice. I put it together myself (older female) without any help and with the included tools. The box was really heavy so had to remove parts from the box and transfer a few pieces at a time to my basement where I set up the bike. Nothing fancy about this bike though, it's very basic but will do the trick. It was pretty easy to assemble which is good because the instructions looked a little intimidating at first glance. I put it together while watching a movie so can't say exactly how long it took but likely around an hour total. I might suggest that you carefully pull back the clear material covering all the bolts and washers because the corresponding numbers come off when you peel it back and you'll need those numbers so you know what pieces to use for each step. If you're like me and want a decent bike but don't need all the bells and whistles, I would recommend this one. I only tried the bike for a few minutes last night after I put it together and everything felt solid. It was quiet and smooth. Its not the asiest to move because its heavy and the 2 wheels that are supposed to help with moving the bike are pretty flush with the bar so they really dont help if you ask me. Because it was a cheaper bike I was worried it wouldn't be of good quality but it seems to be heavy and of decent quality. Hope this review helps others with making a decision. I'm from Nebraska if that makes any difference ๐

Amazing Recumbent Bike!
This is the bike to get! Pedals extremely smooth & shifts effortlessly to different resistances. Very comfortable to sit on & I've been getting a great workout in around 20 minutes. I mainly got it to strengthen my lower back after an injury to a couple lower disks. PT had a recumbent bike there & that was probably the biggest part of my recovery. I did get a gym membership to go use one but it was too busy during normal hours & too much of a hassle during off hours. Buying this & getting it at Prime Day price has been a game changer!!! I'm 6'2" & 230 but I feel very comfortable on it with the seat all the way back. I did leave the pedal straps off when I put it together & I feel that was a good idea. I think my feet are too big & it is probably easier to start & stop without them. The bike measures around 52" long & about 25" wide at the side handles. The screen displays trip time, distance, speed, calories burnt, odometer & pulse. The 2 silver triangles on each side handles read your pulse like some kind of magic! The screen also has a place to put your phone or tablet on but it does cover up the display. I might get a holder of some kind so I can still see the display while riding & watching a show. Overall it was easy to put together, priced very well & comfortable to ride. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars!

Exceeded my expectations
This got started from my mother, now 89 years old was missing her bike rides. She's been having some balance issues & had decided to avoid doing a face plant on the road, great judgement. Her doctor much to my surprise suggested that she get a contraption that would convert her bike to indoor stationary status. It didn't take long looking at the various options available they were all likely disasters in the making. I was randomly stumbled onto this bike, it appeared to be low enough so my concerns of her falling over were minimal & I hoped it would be stable enough that it would be hard to tip over. I'll add mom stills lives alone out in the country. The assembly instructions were straight forward & included pictures/diagrams for assembly, along with the necessary tools to put it together, which took a couple hours while watching football, could have been done in under an hour with more ambition. There's plenty of adjustment in the settings for the seating position as she's less than 5 ft tall. The monitor is fairly simple tracking, time, speed, distance, calories, pulse. It has the ability to adjust the resistance increasing the difficulty in pedaling. I gave it a test ride & was impressed with how stable it was as I actually tried to tip it over rocking side to side. Mom climbed on & with ease I adjusted the seat for her height & she was off to the races. She began doing a mile a day as I didn't want her over doing it, that didn't last as she decided she was going to do more. She hasn't missed a day since then racking up the miles. I've since purchased another one for myself to work off all the Christmas cookies. This isn't some gym quality unit but definitely a great value for the money, I had low expectations that were exceeded, or I wouldn't have bought another.

Good so far
So far everything is great. Nice smooth ride. Not loud at all. Took over a hour to put it together but was only one person. Was able to adjust the seat and tension without a problem.

Good, but could easily be improved.
I had a problem in assembly and called their support. They helped me find a dumb user error. I do praise them for that! I set it up with no one working with me, so it is possible, but a little awkward at times. Others have mentioned that it sits too low to the floor and their feet hit the floor when pedeling. I experienced that, too, and for size compaison, I wear a 10.5 shoe. My fixe was to use some floor mats to prop up the front end about 1.5 inches after compression from the weight on the mats. That worked for me. It really is super quiet, especially compared to my old exercise bike that I thought was quiet. However, I do get an occasional noise at times that isn't very loud, just annoying and makes me wonder if something is wrong. Their instructions do mention the possibility of wiring inside of the wheel housing possibly rubbing and what to do about it. I need to see if that is the problem. I wish the seat had a little more padding instead of them hawking extra padding. Even without extra padding, it is fairly comfortable. The back support is of great help to me. If you want to use the phone holder, it might fit, but it might not. For sure, it will cover the display. I wish there were a bottle holder next to the seat, but that is lacking. The seat is so low, it is each to reach things placed on the floor next to the seat, but simply setting a bottle on the floor is a spill waiting to happen. At 5'9", I'm not tall, but I find the best seat position for peddeling is all the way back. Not so sure it would work well for taller people. The wheels are too recessed to work well on carpeting. Wish they stuck out further. However, the whole thing is light enough that I can move it as needed, just with some difficulity. Since I'm already 75 years old, that difficulity may increase soon. Even with the negatives, I'm glad I bought it. There may have been a better choice for me, but this is the one I made. I only wish there was a store nearby when I could try them out first. I checked. One store happened to have one recumbunt exercise bike on display and it was a big monster. That was the only one I found anywhere for several miles around.

Best in class for exercise bike that lives in my office
Due to a recently acquired disability, I needed something that would be easy to access for physical therapy to attempt to maintain strength in my legs. The only place I could keep it, and access it easily in my home is my office (which is a bedroom). My disability kept me from assembling it, so my daughter-in-law assembled it. She didn't run into any problems getting it put together. I would find it extremely challenging to get onto a conventional exercise bike. This recumbent bike has a small gap between the front and back that allows me to get onto it without having to lift my leg to go over it. It has a dial for resistance on the back side of the front pole that allows for easy and quick adjustments. When exercising, the display is rotating constantly through elapsed time, speed, distance traveled since last reset, calories since last reset, odometer that tracks total distance, and heart rate. It takes a little more than 30 seconds to go through all of them. The resistance is just enough at full setting to add a bit of a challenge (not a lot). The heart rate is measured by keeping the palms of your hands on the chrome sensors located on the handles. It does not take up the floor space that other exercise bikes would, which makes it a good fit for the back of my office, which is a bedroom in my home. It weighs about 60 pounds, so isn't something I can easily move with my disability, but my wife can move it if needed. I am really liking having this convenient option very close to where I spend most of my time during the day. The only con for me was that the shoe tethers that go over the pedals to help keep your feet in the right position don't fit my shoes (I have wide feet - this is common). I chose to leave the shoe tethers off, which occasionally requires me to stop just long enough to readjust my shoes on the pedals. If you have mobility challenges and want something to develop leg strength with, this is something I would highly recommend.
