The best customer service I've ever experienced! 4 days from complaint, to replacement at my door.
I've had my bag for about 2 years. About a year ago the zippers starting breaking. Eventually all of them broke and I was unable to close the bag at all. This past Saturday, I emailed Drago Gear and told them my issue. On Monday, they emailed me back, asking me to send them pics of the broken zippers, and the bag itself. In that email they also asked for my shipping address and what color I wanted for a replacement, I emailed them back the same day. Today is Thursday and my bag just arrived. That was it. That simple. From the time they got my email(Monday) to receiving a replacement(Thursday) was 4 DAYS! Thats it. I didn't have to argue with them, never at any point did they question the validity of my claim. They simply said, "we'll fix it". They even said that if I ever have trouble with my replacement bag, to let them know and they'll fix it. I don't think I've ever had customer service quite that good before. I would recommend this bag based off of the customer service alone. But, since I really like the functionality of the bag, I def recommend it.

Almost perfect...
This is a great start to an almost perfect backpack style case. It is pretty heavy, even without anything in it, though the strong materials make this a necessary evil. I also had tried out the Drago 42" single gun bag and most of the following will stay true, except weight constraints as they apply to carrying one vs two rifles. From the outside in... There is a horizontal use carry handle with an oversized velcroed wrap. This handle should, in my opinion, include at minimum a small bit of hose or a rigid handle to provide better support since the bag is intended for use with two rifles. To further improve this bag it REALLY needs a vertical use carry hadle for picking it up from the top. The bag does include adjustable compression straps with sturdy nylon side release buckles on either side, as well as two steel loops for presumably locking/securing the bag, or to simply attach any small item with a shackle etc. The double captive zippers are all of good quality, and they each include lanyards to help grasp and ease the zipper operations. The extra MOLLE straps are very useful for adding any extra accessory pouches etc. Lastly there are two small pockets under the MOLLE straps which will be usefull for storing small tools (leatherman, flashlight, screwdrivers, extra batteries, pen/pencil, calculator, or phone, etc.The adjustable backpack style straps are of good heavy duty construction and includes a cross-chest support for keeping the bag from flopping side to side. The straps could be improved by adding a little contour (especially around the neck), and a bit more padding as again this bag is intended for dual rifle use. For walking to the range from your car, or even maybe a few mile hike this will do. Anything beyond that and you'll find it to cause you some discomfort and you should be looking for a more supportive, better engineered Eberlestock, or similar brand bag.The 3 front outer pockets are ample in size and include: adjustable bungee drawstrings, large velcro patches, and durable nylon side release buckles w/ adjustble length straps which allow for customized fitment. Each pocket also has a thin fabric separator to keep items from getting mixed up or scratched. The middle pocket, which is the larger of the 3, includes a velcro loop patch for your favorite velcro hooked patch or name tag etc.The 1 large front zippered enclosure has two internal flat pockets with velcro closures which could presumably be used for armored plate storage. The main enclosure could be used to store additional thin items up to 1'' without being too intrusive, possibly even a pistol or your water bladder. This could also a great place for storing user manuals, scope/range charts, towel, gloves, etc. though there are no tie down points or MOLLE straps in this pocket. The main storage pocket has an attached soft nylon separator with a malleable 1/4" - 3/8" thick open cell foam like "pad" to keep the two rifles from scratching/marring each other, etc. though I would still encourage you to wrap each rifle with a towel or gun sock to aid in further protection. The lower half of the case has foam edge support similar to the separator which is intended to keep the bag from collapsing on itself. In theory this will work, however once you add a 7-10 lb rifle to each side this will very quickly collapse and provide very little support. Each side of the main enclosure includes two velcro straps about 1.5" wide by 8-10" long intended to keep the rifles from moving around, as well as a 45 degree patch to hold the butt stock in place during transport. Again these leave room for improvement as they will not secure the heavy rifles from shifting. I suggest adding additional contact points to further secure your rifles. I will be adding snaps to each of the upper straps to hold the barrel captive in the velcro straps, and possibly add a small foam block or an additional velcro or small captive bungee (similar to the ones on the front pockets) to help secure the buttstocks so that the rifles will nest more securely. All in all, for under $100 this is an amazing bag and one that will likely last me a very long time. A few small improvements will make this an ideal solution for soft sided transportation of your rifles and all of the necessary support gear.

Excellent design and quality, backpack straps a bit too short.
Full of storage and carry features. Good quality. Fits two 16" ARs and lots of other stuff with no issues. One complaint, the backpack straps are too short to fit me well. I am very broad in the shoulders and a heavy guy. The bottom straps are doubled. I plan to take it apart, loop one end through the lower D rings and stitch them in place, leaving a single thickness of webbing running up to the clasp on the shoulder strap. The top of the strap is connected with a single webbing, so this should not cause issues. If the back pack straps were 3" longer, I would have given this 5 stars.

Great bag, Color was off
This is a great two rifle bag, similar to the Condor and the VooDoo Tactical. Heavy fabric, mostly metal hardware, solid pockets and mounting. Unfortunately, the color was off - The Tan is more of a "Green/Gold-ish" combination, a very odd color actually. If not for the strange color I would have kept it, but returned it and went with the VooDoo Tactical Tan instead. Kudos for Amazon for allow a return for an unusual reason! Great bag if you can get a color you are happy with.

Perfect for what I Bought it For
I got this case so I could carry my Colt M4's (one 5.56, one 22lr). I have not used it much, but it appears durable in every way. The pockets are large enough for 4 30rnd mag's each. Inside is nice padding with two sturdy velcro straps to secure your rifles in each compartment. I placed smaller bath towels covering the guns inside for more protection and tightness. There are even small zippered pockets for cleaning rods and inside are places for manuals and whatnot. Very satisfied.

Excellent value!
Best value that I could find anywhere; one year later it still is. Great case if you need one. I looked at all the big names in the huge stores and the closest cases that I've seen to this one cost three times more and were not as good. A no-brainer!
