[UPDATE] Requesting a replacement part directly from the seller
This is an update to the comment I made below right after I received this item:I contacted the seller regarding the damaged table top, and I received an response quickly informing me that the replacement was requested and order forwarded to the shipping department. After that, I received another email informing that the item was shipped. It took over a week because I live outside of the mainland US, it's not unusual.I received the replacement table top last night, it was very very nicely packaged, and in perfect condition. No split, no scratch, just a nice brand new table top. I appreciate the seller's attention and swift action. This morning, I assembled it. I've made more than enough DIY furniture before, and this is one of the easiest for sure. It comes with the wrench, so what you need are screwdriver to attach table top to the body, and hummer to push in those decorative plugs.Instruction is simple enough, and all the parts and screws fit fine. The only struggle I had was to align tabletop to the body in order for screws to go thru because it's hard to see the guiding hole on the back of the table top.I used a marking tape, and also, pre-screw the holes on the tabletop so they get a bit bigger which makes it easier to locate when you actually put the screws in. (you will see what i mean when you get to that). But overall, it's very sturdy and easy to assemble. one-person job within one hour. Quality is good, especially for the price you pay. It's not a show-off piece, but simple, convenient, and well designed. I think it's a good buy.Customer service is great so that's a big plus.______ original review _____________________I just received this item. I opened the box and the first thing I took out was the drop-leaf top. I inspected it and noticed immediately that the table top has a rather large split all the way through the board's end. This is a folding table top, and the 2 boards are already attached by 2 folding metal plate pieces screwed on. As you can see on the pictures, the split was most likely made when these plates were screwed into the board. Split runs all the way long and it does go all the way thick meaning you can see the split from the top and the bottom. This means the board will fall off in no time. I considered filling the gap with glue to reinforce but when i saw the split/gap on the top side, I gave up on that idea. The rest of the parts look fine even though i still keep them nicely packaged. I just requested the seller to send me the drop-leaf top only so that i can still assemble and start using this item. The product looks good, and damage like this can happen to wood material so if this inconvenience is remedied quickly enough, i will still give the seller good rate. I will update when i hear back from them.

Slight design flaws got it 4 stars. I'm otherwise pleased. 1 person assembly about 1.75 hours
Review of Winsome Suzanne 3-PC Set Space Saver Kitchen, Coffee Finish @ $170.69 at time of order and review.First, UPS delivered the box soaking wet and torn open somewhat. I was home and my Blink camera went off and I watched them set it on the porch. So, I was not happy with that. There was even some soaking of inside packing materials, but the items inside appeared okay. Other than UPS somehow soaking the box or leaving it in the rain somewhere, it was boxed nicely.I needed a smaller kitchen table due to the odd shape of my kitchen. So, I sold the old one and used some of the money to buy this. I am overall pleased with it. It greatly reduced the wasted space of the old table. Plus, with larger tables, some of us have a tendency to walk in the door and put stuff on the table. It ends up gathering more and more it seems, and I was no exception. This table eliminates that as well. Having said that, I like to have some space to set groceries down onto. This answers that call too. I can easily fold up the leaf, and wallah, about the size of a card table. The stools store nicely out of the way and don't look too bad that way. The folded table reminds me of about the size of a smaller food cart in a hospital. There are two drawers, although there's not a lot of space, but it's not a big table. I almost got this brand but with a larger single drawer, but this one I found much more aesthetically pleasing. There's a few configurations for placing the stools should you decide to sit alone, or with someone. Naturally, in some configurations, there's even less legroom. The stools are small and hard. I'd recommend a pad of some type for any lengthy sittings. The weight capacity of the stools are 200 pounds each, so I won't be doing much sitting on them since I'm at 250, but they feel sturdy, as does the table. They store up nicely out of the way and were easy to remove and replace. There's no wobbling whatsoever that I found. Two of the wheels lock (not the one on the leaf). There is an adjustment to ensure that the leaf sits evenly with the fixed portion of the table when opened.Table Height: 32.75"H Tabletop dimensions (with leaf open): 27.3"W x 29.6"D (with leaf lowered): 27.3"W x 15.4"D. Stool overall dimensions: 11.5"W x 11.5"D x 20.8"H.I deducted 1 star due to design flaws. My main complaint is that when the leaf is closed, the folding support wheel butts right up against one of the other table's wheels. This makes rolling the table quite difficult. I realize that for stability of the leaf that the wheel needs to be out close to the end, but perhaps not as close. This makes the table scoot rather than roll when the leaf is closed. Another complaint is that one of the drawers opens and closes with much stickiness (the other slides in and out much more smoothly). To keep the drawers from being pulled out all of the way, the assembler must put in 4 press board type pegs (2 in the sides of each drawer). These do not seem like they will stay in that well over time. I found them difficult to install; to get pushed into place enough and properly. Some sliding hardware would have made this much better, and I would've been willing to pay another $10-$15 for some nicer hardware like this. To cover where all of the main screws go into the table pieces and stools, there are these little wooden-like buttons, if you will, that one must push into the holes. I recommend some padding for your thumbs. These do not push in easily, and some of mine did not really fit exactly right with some ending up a tiny bit crooked. Most were okay on the fitting evenly.Assembly? I recommend 2 people but did it alone. I am not what anyone, me included, calls a handyman. It is just much easier to hold some pieces while someone else locates the screws needed and the pre-drilled holes. The pre-drilled holes actually matched up nicely with this table. There's 1 set-type of 4 screws and 30 screws of another type. The 4 screws take a Philip's head screwdriver (they're for the tabletop). The other screws take an Allen wrench, which is provided. I cannot recommend enough having a cordless drill and Allen wrench bit, plus a Philip's bit. Screwing in all of these screws, especially the 30 bigger ones, will wear you out and leave your hands/fingers aching. I used my cordless drill. Caution, tighten up the screws evenly. In other words, don't tighten each screw all the way to begin with. Leave a little looseness so you can adjust your pieces as you put them together and then tighten all of them down. Using a power tool, especially, it's easy to tighten them too tight to begin with. From the time that I laid everything out to make sure I had what was needed, identifying the pieces, and in the right amount, to the time I had this together, was about 1.75 hours. I had about another 15 minutes of cleaning up the packing materials and Styrofoam bits and pieces. With some help holding pieces, etc., I probably could have finished in about an hour. A wish list item with assembly is that the buyer could be given the option of which end to place the towel bar. Just the setup of my kitchen that makes it, for me anyway, that I would like the towel rack on the opposite end. If I turn the table the other way, I cannot use the drawers. But it's not a deal breaker or a reason to deduct any stars.I am pleased thus far overall. I hope that this helps someone decide whether or not to buy this product.

Love it
Everything was included, no missing parts. Just what I wanted, glad I didn't get the $99.00 option and paid a little extra, totally worth it, heavy duty
