Reizen Maxi-Brite LED Handheld Magnifier - 10X

My Mother in Law needs help reading fine print as she has macular degeneration. This item does help her to see the print. The light is bright and does help to illuminate the reading material as well as the magnification.

This is my second purchase of this device. I now have one for work and one for home.For home use it will last forever, work is another matter. I'm a Test Inspector and I turn it on and off at least thirty times a day, for this type of use I wish the switch was a little sturdier. All in all it's still a very good product.

Good Product and was shipped quickly. Very pleased with product. Light was a nice touch. Would recommend this product to others.

It does the job, and If I loose it or drop it I'm not out $100 plus bucks. There is some distortion, but this can be expected with magnifiers of this power and size. I love the LED light sure beats the old flashlight type bulb.

This is the third Reizen magnifier I purchase for my husband who is vision challenged. Third different strength. Never a problem. Definitely recommend this brand!

optics are very goodlights are pretty good but the switch is not so good, some clown combined the on/off switch & the latch to open the battery compartment.this results in poor locking & a lousy light switch.I am keeping this unit until I find a better one

My "beef" is about the construction of this product: I have 2 older models of this magnifier and they are of better quality. This one feels too light to me. The on/off slide often slides down too far, opening the batter compartment. It's not terrible, but I was expecting quality to be comparable to what I already have. The light is great, the manification is great as well,. I would recommend this, despite my issue with it.

This is small and can go anyplace. In your pocket, hand bag , brief case or backpack. Used for everything when a larger device is not needed for reading.
