Product was shipped quickly. The shipment was delayed outside of the sellers control and when it arrived "many days late" it was a little wilted. The wisteria did very well once placed into water and has nearly come completely back. The leaves are beautiful and have a lot of seration on the margins. I initially reached out to the seller due to the plant looking a little sad and they were very fast to offer a replacement. I decided to wait and see how it looked after a couple days. They seller again reached out to me today to check on my satisfaction with the wisteria I had received and again offering to ship a replacement. I appreciate when someone stands behind their product and the fact that they are taking this much concern for a single plant from a 1st time customer speaks volumes to these people. I will be sure to order from them again when I am in need of more aquarium plants and I am very happy with the customer service they offer. Would highly recommend dealing with them

Absolutely horrible! Not 1 single root!!! The mushy stems were wrapped in foam and a plant weight so it wasn’t visible. Looks like it was just cut out in the yard and thrown in a bag! Isn’t even the correct plant species! I would give 0 STARS if it was an option. Also this is not eligible for a return what so ever even though it was only delivered a week ago… this is the continued “growth” as it continues to get more and more mushy up the stalk.

I'm really concerned because right now my plan has arrived Looking in these kind of conditions. It looks like it's half dead and most of the leaves are broken off. I'm not sure if it's going to survive. It was placed in my mailbox which is a cluster box and the temperature here in Texas is over 80 to 90° plus so it looks nothing like the picture and I'm very concerned if I'm even going to be able to use any of it. Any advice?

The plants died with in 3 days. When they arrived they looked sick and I thought they would snap out of it after put in my freshwater aquarium, but they didn’t survive. I am so bummed ☹️I thought they were hardy plants from what I read on the website.

I gambled against the other reviews that said this plant was in bad shape on arrival. I lost. I'm still hoping it will snap out it and start growing.

I'm not really sure yet but I'm normally pretty successful with plants and and growing them they look pretty decent I planted a minute in a small glass jar in tank I don't know how well that's going to work but we'll see if anything changes like I said I just got them anything changes all update the this thing here whatever it is but yeah okay
