I’ve had this machine a little over a week now and haven’t had any problems other than at initial power-up. After I took it out of the box I plugged everything in but got no video. I consulted the paperwork I had set aside and inside were instructions for this very problem. It seems shipping sometimes causes the connections on the video card and/or RAM to come loose. I re-seated both components and everything fired right up. I also contacted support twice, once to inquire about buying more RAM and another to report the mouse wheel didn’t perform as expected. In both cases support was awesome! So in spite of needing to contact support I kept this review at 5 stars because the support I received was timely, accurate, and helpful. I’ve used it for MS Flight Sim 2020 and Call of Duty and it has performed flawlessly at the highest game graphics settings. I paired It with a 49” ultra wide display and couldn’t be happier.

UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW: Overall this is a pretty good computer and well worth the $3k they're asking for it. I priced out all the parts to build it myself and that came out to $200 over what Skytech is asking. Plus they include a free keyboard, mouse and wi-fi antenna and the mobo has bluetooth build in. Skytech and I have been in contact and they have agreed to send me the parts I'm missing. I'm still taking off 2 stars because that shouldn't have happened in the first place and now I have to install those parts myself, which I know how to do, but shouldn't have to. I bought pre built for a reason. The PC also runs pretty damn hot. Not dangerously hot, but I feel there should be more fans on the top to allow more heat to escape the inside of the case.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This computer did not come as advertised. It is missing half of the RAM and the 2TB secondary HDD. It also didn't come with the stock cooler for the cpu which it should have since its listed in the description. I feel like I was majorly mislead here.

I haven't had a desktop PC in about 15 years. I've just used crappy laptops and replaced them every 4-6 years basically. With that said, I saw this PC with an insane deal on Black Friday 2019 and I couldn't pass it up.I haven't played every big game out there but I have played a ton of Fortnite and COD. It handles both like a champ, even on the highest settings. I paired this PC with a 240hz Alienware monitor and it just never misses a beat.I have had 0 issues with this computer so far. It hasn't crashed or frozen or anything like my laptop used to do. It just runs like a well oiled machine and handles everything I throw at it. Even if you can't find this on sale, I highly recommend it. You won't regret it!

Good pc we’ll put together. Was missing a power cable but other than that great product. Customer service took care of it and love it so far!
