This may is so comfortable and so soft to work out on or do yoga. Plus I love it have a handle that you can carry with you anywhere. The thickness is also great. The only downfall is that it toke a while to ship and be delivered. Review: Very comfy and squishy on my feet! - I have not tried a workout on this with tennis shoes on, so I can't speak to any of the "product ripping" reviews, but this is a great, thick mat for at home workouts! I also plan to take this to my barre classes once gyms open back up. I love doing yoga on this mat, as the material is VERY soft and squishy/supportive for my feet. Hoping that I don't experience the ripping that others have mentioned, but as of right now, I love this mat!
