Inferior quality!
I've been an artist for over 50 years and have never, ever had a palette knife rust on me! This one discolored the first time I used it, turning a dark gray, as if it had oxidized. The second time I used it, some water stayed on it after it was rinsed off, and it rusted! Whatever plating is used on this knife is obviously very thin and of inferior quality, which is unfortunate because it has a nice heft to it. Do not waste your money!
