S-Pen Replacement for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - Black (Gray)

It is OEM pen and works exactly as original. I believe there is Samsung's design problem in it - particularly where two pieces sticked together at the SAMSUNG logo area, my original snapped off and spring fly out, I kept pushing back and finally I lost parts, just before sending out to SAMSUNG...This new one just did the same thing, I'm really accurate with it but using it all the time. Now I'll use glue or so because I know it's not the accident and next one would do the same. I tried to google and couldn't believe nobody else has the same issue (except insane amounts of info about reverse insertion), so my advice - if it gets loose or snaps off for the first time - fix it right away because it might happen while inside....Needless to say Note 5 with s-pen is by far the best device available out there, next in line probably is note4.UPDATE: Added third star because it is easy fix - one micro drop of super glue on each side and push together but be careful to not to use too much of the glue (I did), because it squeezes out and pen might not slide as easy anymore - but it does ok over time. I tried to wipe right away but superglue is superglue...

Product came three days late, in a note one box with a sticker on the back that said OEM note 5 pen. Upon opening the box it was thrown inside carelessly, and as if that wasn't enough the pen was a cheap plastic knock off of the original. It had wide gaps between the joints. The buttons didn't press right and the pin front was nonfunctional unless you forcefully pushed down.

S-Pen started not recognizing the screen as of bout a week ago as well as the button on the S-Pen seems as if it was painted over and it has since appear to be a missing streak of coloration from jus the button as if it were a 2yr old S-Pen with Ware & Tare even tho this one is less than a month old. Wonder if the seller will see this and possibly remedy the situation. Guess we'll see

S-PEN Replacement for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 - Black (Gray)  Purchased January 2016 to replace a lost stylus. Did not work like the original. Required a lot more pressure than the original to write notes or select items. Partially corrected by adjusting phone settings. In July 2016 it came apart while being put in the phone. The three parts upper and lower case and spring could be taped together and will click but that won't go back in the phone and the phone doesn't recognize it. It was $30 in January and half that now but not a good choice.

Exactly as described. As for those people that say it falls apart, it doesn't matter if it's this new pen or the one that came with your phone originally, they all fall apart! I truly think it's a manufacturing issue and has nothing to do with the seller, whatever is wrong with these pens needs to be fixed in the factory! As for my new pen, it has not fallen apart yet, hopefully this one will stay in one piece.

I swear these things are designed to fall apart. Not just this one, all of them. Seriously, if you buy one FROM Samsung (and I did) the metal logo-and-button parts come off on their own. The Note 3 and Note 12 Pro styluses aren't all multi-part push button silliness, they're just one single piece, so this problem doesn't happen. Just saying, when you get yours from here or anywhere, be careful!!

This product was better than I expected when I received it. The packaging on how it was shipped was great with the item in the plastic bag it came in as if it came directly from the manufacture. The item was great from the start and used the s pen with my phone with no issues at all. It functioned well and I am very please. The problem was, I am a man that buys little on the internet, but this shopping experience was great from the beginning. I highly recommend buying from this seller again. As soon as I held it in my hand I could feel the difference.Pen is slightly lighter in weight and seems a tad slimmer.Fits inside the phone port but not quite as snug. Should be ok as long as I don't accidentally sit on it.Extra pen tips are a plus but $32+ is a bit much for an obviously inferior replacement
