After just three days of wearing shoes with these inserts I am pain free. I wish i would have purchased these sooner.

After removing the insole from my New Balance walking sneakers and inserting my PowerStep Pinnacle High Arch Orthotics, I took the dog for his usual two mile morning walk. My right foot didn’t supinate or roll out toward my little toe and both feet felt supported. When we returned home, I removed my shoes as the package suggests not wearing the insoles for more than one hour when you first use them. I like that I did not have to trim the insoles. I am thrilled that my feet feel supported and I love that the PowerStep insoles are Made in the USA.

I’ve tried several other brands, which were less expensive but these offered the most support for my arch. Definitely worth the money.

The high arch version is for very high arches (basically if your wet foot only leaves a very small sliver of footprint on pavement or cardboard). I think it’s 35 mm high, while other insoles are 33 mm for high arches. For example, Tread insoles are 33 mm for high arches and 36 mm for very high arches. So while the powerstep does work for me, I do feel a bit more pressure in my arch. They do help with knee pain when walking, but seem to put slight extra pressure on the ball of my foot. So I would do the wet foot test and look at your footprint; if the outer part of the footprint has an inch or more, likely a 33 mm is what you should get. If you have a half inch or less, then these 35 mm are probably going to do the trick.

My sister recommended these to me because her doctor recommended these for plantar fastitis pain and my god I'm so glad I tried them. I was iffy on buying them at all due to the price (although compared to other insoles they are relatively inexpensive, I'm just short on cash) but they helped my foot pain so much it's amazing. I've gone from a level 6 foot pain that was driving me insane to a 1 that barely bothers me within a week of trying them.

I like the insoles. They work better for my arches than the pinnacle plus. The insoles I would give 5 stars but the packaging i would give 1 star. Amazon delivered these insoles without any additional packaging. The box for these insoles have an open front so it was left open to the elements outside. The delivery sticker/label that they placed on the box partially covered this open hole and stuck to the insoles them selves. Trying to get the insole unstuck from the sticky label frayed the outer edge of the insoles. Ive had to return several items to Amazon lately because of poor/no packaging and broken products. I will not be returning these because I just don't have the time to deal with it. I'll pay a little extra to have them delivered straight from the company. They're delivered faster, delivered in proper packaging, and most importantly aren't damaged.

The arch support is higher than the Original and Wide Feet insoles from Powerstep.

Amazing! high arch insoles best I've had out of about 7 different types of insoles including birkenstock and custom orchitics both rock hard. These feel awkward at first and then great they make it so there is no empty space between arch and the shoe lessening the impact.

Didn’t realise that these came in different arch heights and I’d chosen the highest. I thought this might be a problem but soon got used to the extra support. Used them to do the West Highland Way a few weeks ago and my feet were nowhere near as tired and achy as they usually are with other insoles. Great result and will be getting some more.
