Great quality for this price! I bought it for my hockey loving grandson, age 3. He has plenty of hockey toys, so this was perfect for his room. He loves changing the colors. His parents keep the remote with the cell battery out of his reach.

Mixed bag
Ofcourse it is not a virtual 3-d image. It does however look great glowing in the dark. My nephew loved it. Little did he know that I received the gift the day of his birthday and that it was clearly not brand new. I had to search for a screw to replace what was missing (the battery box). The instruction sheet was torn. The protective plastic cover on the figure was half pulled off. Crunched for time I set it up to see if it at least worked. It did so I decided to sanitize it and gift it to him. Honestly, had I enough time I would have returned it for a brand new one.. as purchased. so, a mixed bag. I think had this been new.. I would have given it 5 stars. Note: You do have option for 3x AAA batteries or a USB cable that comes in the box. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Seller. They make sure that everything shipped to Amazon's warehouses is brand new. Hence it would be a warehouse issue. However, they are standing by the product and offering replacement.
