Does not address root causes
This book was so bad. It is more of a scared straight feeling than getting to the possible roots of the problem. Sounds like it’s written from the perspective of a professional and not someone who understands the feelings that go along with the behaviors. I don’t know why they would put pictures of the food people want to eat but are trying not to on the cover. Not worth the money. Just makes you feel worse. Which makes you want to eat :) buy a blank journal and write your feelings instead. You’ll make a lot more progress.

Nothing really new.
First of all, the book is not at all engaging for me. Secondly, it offers absolutely nothing new to me. If I had to choose again, I would not have bought this.

Great book
After I read this book I start to get back to normal 💪🏼, to have more motivation, a lot of necesary information to make u feel better and stop emotional eating

It’s ok but pretty basic
It’s an ok read. I would say it’s pretty basic advice but perhaps a good first step for someone who hasn’t had any experience. If you have a baseline knowledge of the issues then this won’t help

Nothing new here
This is mostly what to eat to be healthy, how to exercise and tells you that stress and emotional distress makes you overeat, and gets you to list your cravings. Most people in need of this book will find they’ve been told these things a million times before
