Can this be refrigerated - like nail polish - to help it last longer?

Bubbles in your polish means that you’ve shaken it & created the bubbles. Roll polish bottle between hands to throughly mix it, if you prefer to shake it to mix it up, allow it to settle for a few minutes so the bubbles disperse. I used to refrigerate my polishes for years; however they do not stay on your nails as long if they’ve expired. They may appear fresh; but if they’ve expired it’s best to replace them. Been doing nails for 45 years, and I have more experience & tricks than any manicurist I’ve meet. My Sister is a Manicurist & a Beautician & I’ve taught her & her many associates hints for decades.

Can it be used as a base coat for glitter nail polish?

This is not meant to be used as a polished. It is a skin barrier AROUND your nail to make clean up of excess polish easier when you are doing nail art. Before this product came out you would usually spend a lot of time using acetone cleaning your finger and cuticles of excess paint. If you want a peelable base coat, look for products that have the words "peelable base coat" in them. Does it contain ammonia?

I've sent a photo of the bottle. It doesn't use the word amnonia but, they might be calling it by another name. I hope this helps!

Is this a cheaper version of simply peel

They both do the same thing, but I prefer Simply Peel. Peels off much cleaner.
