Will it pair with iPad Pro?

Don't know, it didn't pair with Ipad pro 10.5 inches (latest model)? Am I missing anything?

would this work with the macbook pro 2016?

It works with any device that has Bluetooth 4.0 or above which includes 4.2 and 5.0

If this is magic mouse 1 then why is the image of the cc rechargeable mm2?

It is not. If it was the image of a rechargeable version, the photos would show a Lightning recharge port in the bottom. What you are seeing is battery cover latch for the 1st generation Magic Mouse.
