Does this fit big head sizes?

It is adjustable and does fit larger head sizes.

is the wig thick in volume? (cause i have black shoulder length hair and i'm afraid if the wig is too thin after styling, it'll show).

The wig is thick in volume, it covers hair without showing your natural hair. Hair cap recommended.

Does this come with a wig cap?

Almost all wigs come with wig caps. It says in the description of the item it comes with a wig cap

Can someone confirm if the wig is heat resistant ?

I used a straightner on it and it didn't damage it at all. It was a professional straighter at 480 degrees so it should be fine!! ^-^
