The grill worked well twice, but stopped functioning. It turned on, but would not heat up. I contacted the seller about this, and they told me my issue "does not make sense" and to try following the manual. Obviously the problem is not with me, because I used it just fine in the beginning. This quality of this grill was great! We usually don't do KBBQ at home because it often gets smoky and grills can be tough to clean but the Aone grill solves those problems! I usually get nervous that the grill will get too crusty and be impossible to clean but the pieces are easy to take apart and because there isn't a lot of oil, cleaning doesn't take more than a few minutes. Besides cleaning, the meat cooks on the grill very well

This is a great product , Super Easy to use , Smoke free , Odorless and food is tasty. It does not burn your food.I highly recommend this product.

I have a gas grill that does a better job of grilling, but this grill is very close and I can use it indoors in rain and snow. It has proven easy to clean, easer by far than my gas grill, and it's actually easer to use, from setup to cleanup. I looked at many electric grills on Amazon, almost all of them have three major complaints either DOA, or it doesn't really grill, or it died right after the warranty expired. This grill is made in Japan not China, so I decided to take a chance. This may be the most expensive, non commercial grill on Amazon, but I am very pleased with my choice. I saw review after review of people on their third or fourth grill. At the time I bought it, it had only 4 and 5 star reviews and only one person gave it 1 star thinking 1 was the highest rating. I got what I paid for!

Bought it after seeing how similar product worked. Very good with no smoke nor smell. Recommend to anyone who enjoys indoor grilling.

Coating on the edge came off after first use. Not sure if it first came like that.
