Fine Line Liquid Eyeliner, Black, 0.12 Fluid Ounce

This is by far my favorite eyeliner. I have been ordering this for a year for many reasons but the long-lasting factor is very important to me, it doesn't fade at all unless you want to take it off. The tip is old school flexible applicator but I have many years of experience practicing cat eyeliner. Pros: • Great quality • Affordable price • Last all day without retouching • Matte black • Easy to apply • Not irritating Cons: • it gets dry with daily use for around 2 months. USED TO BE a 5-star liquid eyeliner, was highly pigmented, dried semi matte, and lasted all day with no problems. Now it smudges all day long. I’m disappointed because I thought this would be a re-purchase for years to come, but it seems it was reformulated. Comes in a blue bottle now, instead of a black one with copper font. UPDATE: Good news. STILL the same ol’ awesome stuff! Shake the bottle. Shake the bottle, shake the bottle, and shake it some more. ✌️

I've been a fan of Black Radiance products for a while now, and their Fine Line Liquid Black Eyeliner did not disappoint. The formula glides on smoothly and easily, delivering a sharp and precise line without smudging or fading throughout the day. I also appreciate that this eyeliner is affordable and accessible for those on a tight budget. UPDATE ; I AM NOW GIVING THIS EYELINER ONE STAR BECAUSE NOT ONLY HAVE THEY QUADRUPLED THE PRICE OF THE ONE THAT WORKS THE BEST ( BUT THE ONE THAT IS NOW 4.99 IS THE WATERPROOF ONE , BEWARE BC IT SUCKS SO BAD IT SMUDGES AND MAKES ME LOOK LIKE A RACOON , THE SUCKY ONE IS ALSO CRAPPY BECAUSE IT HAS A HARD TIP PEN THE GOOD ONE ISNT THE WATERPROOF ONE. THE Good ONE THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO SELL FOR 10 BUCKS AND I REFUSE TO BUY IT . YOU SHOULD TOO AND DEMAND THE GOOD VERSION GOES BACK TO ITS REASONABLE 3.97 PRICE MY OLD REVIEW I love this eye liner especially for the low price. It goes on quickly and does not crack or flake through out the day. I reminds me of the Almay liner before they changed the formula . That liner was great until 2011ish or until they changes the package and design of the liner .now it sucks it's too expensive and bothers my eyes. So I am now in love with this liner and I will be stocking up in case they begin to price gouge on this item too. Please, keep it all the same . I'm sold .

I’ve been using Black Radiance liquid eyeliner for at least 7 years now and I have been obsessed with it. It’s the most pigmented eyeliner I’ve tried, it doesn’t have that sheen that most liquids have when it dries, and the application is so easy and smooth. I love this stuff so much I subscribe to have it delivered every month. But to my HUGE disappointment, I’m getting sent different bottles each time, yet the number on the bottom of the bottles is the same. When I get the bottle with bright gold lettering on the front, I know it’s going to be the good formula that I’ve always loved, but when I receive the bottle with a dull bronze lettering I know it’s going to be bad. The latter is so dry upon opening it’s completely useless and I have to throw it away. I don’t understand why there are two different bottles being sent and I really don’t understand why that bad one even exists, it’s truly awful. All I know is I’m so incredibly disappointed because this has been a gem of a find in the eyeliner department, to the point I have people ask me what brand I use because it looks so good. But now I never know what I’m going to get and it’s upsetting because I can’t find this in a physical store to make sure I get the better one. PLEASE someone in this company get this checked out and fixed!

So far this is the best eyeliner that I've stumbled upon. The application was easy and gentle. The drying time wasn't too long or too short so it gave the eyeliner time to remove or to be manipulated to my liking. My only complaint is that the bottle is smaller than expected(explains the price a little) and i rly do want to buy again which is great marketing. Its very black and doesn't create shine on my oily skin which I love. The brush is so great for details too. I love this product and it definitely will be my go to eyeliner from now on

It’s water resistant if you doing run it while water is on the eyeliner. Smudge-Proof till the end of the day and it gets a lil crusty but till the end end of the day works great and easy to use
