Been using this twice daily for 4 weeks on a fresh scar. It had an immediate effect of soothing the incision area. The appearance of the large scar improves a bit every day. Very happy with the results thus far.

Bought this scar gel for a knee replacement scar. It seems to be working pretty well. Very light and invisible on the scar.

I love this stuff. After having some surgery at a dermatology office I asked what I could do for the scars. They recommended this. It has been doing a great job on my newest scars. Two are much lighter than they were and one is almost gone. I started using it on a scar that was about ten months old and even that has improved.

This is a wonderful product - the only thing I would change is to make the bottle larger with more quantity. It is gone after a few uses.

This works really good at fading the redness out of the scares. Very silky and goes on smoothly. Non-greasy.

i hate to say i am not very happy with this product at all. i had very high hopes when i purchased it because it was recommended to me by the clinic where i go to for tattoo removal. i have a variety scars from old to new , but one that i've been working on with scar gels since it happened. it's from my shoulder to wrist from surgery and i had been using mederma PM. the clinician told me this would work better so i got it. so disappointing!! not only is the tube VERY small but a little does NOT go a long way if you have a big scar. it's easy to apply, goes on smooth and doesn't leave a residue so that's a plus but the scar i'm working on has some redness, some areas that are wider etc. each tub of mederma has resulted in visible improvement in this scar. this tube did NOTHING! granted the scar is 5 years old but not without active attention to it. i also used it on a scar on my leg from last summer that i've also been using mederma pm on. no change. i used the whole tube loyally for how long it lasted (barely a month) and i am so unimpressed. if i could, i would return it and get my money back but you cant return an empty bottle! i'll never buy this again! what a waste!

i have a wide deep scar above my lip from the removal of a scar 33 years ago, i knew i would have a scar, but it was much larger and deeper than i anticipated because the roots of the beauty mark/mole were huge. It has always bothered me, soI thought I would give this stuff a try. The first day I noticed much improvement and it has continued toimprove. i apply a very small amount and the improvement is huge. it is no longer deep, it is more even with my facial skin around it. it continues to get smaller each day and I am thrilled with the results. Hopefully this will help others contemplating if this is worth a try!

Strongly recommend for the surgery scar. I used the other gels (around $25 worth) and did not see any improvement. However, this gel is different. Although it is pricey, it is worth for the scar.

Seems to have reduced scaring and redness. Will keep using. Just need a tiny drop.
