Ultimate Algae Guard

We've been using this for years now. 3+ months algae free inground pool. Water clear from opening in Spring to closing in the Fall on one dose.

I’ve been using this for 15-years in my above ground pool. I use 1/2 bottle when I open the pool and 1/2 bottle when I close the pool. Hav not had one algae bloom in 15-years!

Before and after pictures shows how the pool started and how it is 4-5 days later. I poured the algaecide in as product suggested. Chewed up my chlorine so I needed to balance it out with chemicals ph, chlorine, and alkalinity. Took a sample to pool store to test phosphorus levels and calcium. Once all was good. I added pool clarification solution. Seems to all have done the trick and seems to have really helped. Product is worth a try if your pool is green.

Product is great for pool. BUT MY ISSUE IS WITH THE WAY IT WAS SHIPPED. WHEN OPENED BOX THE BOTTLES WERE ON THEIR SIDES WITH LIQUID LEAKING OUT OF BOTTLES. SEALS DID NOT HOLD.

My pool was getting on the green side pretty frequently even with the right chlorine levels, vacuuming, etc. I purchased a Spring start up kit originally which included algaecide. But this stuff...WOW!!! It cleared the pool up overnight! It's been crystal clear ever since :)

I use this every summer in our above ground pool nothing works better would highly recommend 10 out of 10

This product helps keep your pool clear of algae. It’s not cheap, but it does the job.

It worked really well and killed all the algae. I followed the instructions exactly. It says it kills algae and prevents new algae. It did kill all the algae but within 2 weeks the pool Was completely green again. So it definitely does not prevent new growth. Also you have to use over 15 pounds of super shock with it. So it is incredibly expensive, especially considering it only does half of what it says it will do.
