So I’ve use the single bar pull up bars for a couple years, you can see it in my Amazon history – but the problem with that is it kind of has you swinging between the door frame itself. With this it kind of puts you out about 6 inches or so from the frame so that way you have more room for a lateral movement without any issues. You can probably see our use it on the floor in addition to push up stands to do additional floor work usually back leg lifts. This is pretty good for someone spending only about a hundred dollars; realistically, I feel pretty happy to have a stable pull up bar that I can easily put away in about 10 seconds.

This thing is very sturdy and holds my weight very well. I’m 200 lbs and there is no wiggle or squeak noises. But the only bad thing is those springs are a pain to push down other than that I would recommend this.

Missing a door guard! I have no way of acquiring one. Otherwise, great product.

So easy and simple to take on and off a door frame! I put it up when I wake up and take it down in the evening just grab and go essentially. And it works. Sturdy. Does it’s job! Nice

It was announced as a bonus to receive straps with the order for the suspension body workout and I didn't receive the straps.

For the price it's sturdy and doesn't leave any marks. I was hesitant at first about it falling since it hangs on such a thin lip of the doorframe but it's been reliable so far. Doesn't leave any marks on the door frame either.

The RIFFUE Pull up Bar for Doorway is much easier to use than other's i've tried. it has places to be able to do both wide and close grip pull ups & is easy to put up or take down. Great product.

Updated: changing the review to 1 star. The absence of padding does eventually cause the wall damage (see photo). I have two nasty holes in my wall above the door frame. Stay away===================It’s OK. It serves the purpose and works well for my 15yo son. I wish there was some padding on door frame and wall supports, because hard plastic does leave scratch marks.
