Velcro fasteners are difficult to use and side panels do not sit very well as cross beems are crossed and not straight. Velcro is a cheap solution and totally not sturdy enough. was not as easy to put up as we thought either. The gazebo has only been up for a couple of days and today we had some wind. not gales, but gusty. one velcro was ripped off the side panel. one corner ring has ripped off so can't strap it down. There is no vent in the roof to let air though, so we had to lower the whole thing down to minimize the impact. there are also a couple of holes appeared now in the roof. very disappointed, may give to my daughter and get a more sturdy one. would not advise anyone to buy this gazebo, too many design faults. the only sturdy thing is the frame, but the shape of the cross members does not help with fitting the side sheets.

Great when its up but really needs 4 people to put it up safely. The side panels are difficult to keep fastened with the velcro in the breeze. If you use the recommended leg weights it stops you fastening the velcro fasteners at the bottom.

Disappointed Velcro that attaches the top came away in two sides as we were putting it up. Also slight tear at side as a screw came through material. Couldn’t return as we had purchased it a few months before unpacking it. Lesson learnt! In order to use it will need to stitch Velcro back in but to be honest doubt will hold in bad weather. Definitely not worth the money. Only one place for it...the dump.

Purchased this for an anniversary garden party. So disappointed when we set it up on the morning of the party, very flimsy material and there was no material on the 4 corner legs of the gazebo (missing part). Velcro on the sides did not hold and there were large gaps in the sides as they did not fit properly.The company want pictures as the won't believe me, so having to set it up again in order to take pictures before i can get to return it. I already paid £20 delivery and now I will need to pay a delivery charge to return. I am furious.

Very easy to assemble and take down sides and fronts could do with longer Velcro and the sides a wee bit longer . Seems on the roof not the best as it does let a small amount of water in but nothing drastic .

Really impressed with delivery time. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Thursday. Excellent. Only put up the main frame so far, not yet added walls but looks really good. Very happy with purchase.

It is a very heavy gazebo but guite sturdy. When delivered and assembled it had at least 10 holes in the roof and light was showing through the stitching. On one corner the seam was not stitched. Returning the product as faulty has proved to be very difficult. They appear reluctant to pay all our costs and refund

For the price, this gazebo is excellent.Build quality is also very good and overall look is very pleasing.Would recommend this item as an occasional shelter.
