Chaste Berry Tree

Seems good. Came in good condition cannot speak for effectiveness yet. I do want to mention the supplement came unharmed HOWEVER....it wasn't bubble wrapped, so...I was happy that it didn't get damaged. The thank you note was nice.

I was taking a different brand of chaste tree berry pills for about 6 months and didn’t notice a difference in my extreme moods and PMS. After reading reviews about that pill, I saw one that recommended this brand. I immediately ordered this one, and after taking this one for about 4-6 weeks, both my husband and I noticed a great improvement in my moods. He did not know that I was trying a new brand. I also saw a marked improvement in my PMS. I don’t have nearly the cravings that I had before taking this supplement. I will recommend these to anyone looking for a good pill. These are about twice the price of pills I had been taking, but they are absolutely worth it! My moods were miserable, and I was desperate for something to help me out!

I've been taking this for about a month and already I've noticed a difference. After having four babies in five years and weaning my one year old from breastfeeding, my hormones were really crazy. I had very heavy bleeding with my periods and they lasted at least a week. My cycles were also consistently getting shorter and shorter. Add in mood swings, headaches and acne and I was a mess. My first cycle after starting the chaste tree was longer and my period was significantly lighter! Yay! Still had hormonal acne but it's getting better and my hormonal headaches never came! Feeling over all more emotionally stable as well. I've tried other brands for chaste tree in the past and as soon as I opened the bottle I knew this brand was a better quality. Very strong nice herbal smell and seems to be great quality. Thank you!

It is making my boobies bigger and i haven't had my period in two months due to PCOS but after taking these for a month I am spotting so I guess thats a good sign And i am also ovulating. Will post again when i reach three months. UPDATE: While taking these I did have a menstrual. So that was a good sign although it was mild in pain and very heavy. Also, i am noticing i am ovulating. So i will buy again!

My breasts began to hurt really badly a week before my period in the past two years or so. My gynecologist advised me to use this product and it solved the problem. She anticipated it would take about 3 months for it to start being effective, but I noticed the difference immediately at the following menstrual cycle. I would highly recommend it at least for the same type of use I needed to make of it (to reduce or eliminate pre-menstrual breast tenderness).

I received this product in a day, for that time frame, five stars!!! Also, five stars for the personal message included in the package. I ordered the product because of my hot flashes. I've been taking the pills now for six days, two pills per day. Thus far, my hot flashes have not subsided at all!!!! My Doctor recommended these pills, she said that she heard that they work and for me to try them if I wanted to go the natural route to stop my hot flashes. I told her I would take the pills for two weeks to see if they work. The Lord willing I will back after my two weeks have expired to rate this product.

I know this works for some, but unfortunately I had to stop taking them. After a week (taken twice a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch) I got these sort of woozy-headaches, and it took another solid week of being off them to go back to normal. I would wake up with a serious headache every day, and medicine only helped for a little while before they came back. I had read up online before I started taking chase tree that headaches are one of the possible side effects, so just be aware of any symptoms that you're experiencing as you try a new supplement. I was taking these in the hopes that they would help with my hormonal acne.

A friend of mine turned me on to this vitamin as we both have PCOS. I couldn't believe just in taking it the first 30 days, how it helped relieve my premenstrual symptoms like breast tenderness. I also use a period tracker app to keep up with my cycles as I've never really been regular, but since taking the chaste tree capsules, my cycle has basically been on time for the past two months. I am really happy with this product and have recommended it to others.
