HJC IS-Max 2 Chin-Curtain Motorcycle Helmet Accessories - M/C/One Size

I have the Harley-Davidson Capstone Sun Shield II H31 Modular Helmet and this fit perfectly. I believe that it is the HJC IS-MAX 2 with a different name. I bought it for a 1250 mile ride and to cut down the noise for my in helmet communication system. This was perfect as I was told that people could not tell I was on the motorcycle. As others have mentioned, these should be standard with the helmets. I added this to my HD branded helmet by HJC. It installs in seconds and provides great wind deflection. I noticed an immediate change and almost no wind coming though the chin area. This also reduced the wind noise and allowed me to hear my Sena set up a little better at high way speeds. It’s a tight fit once you have it installed and leaves little room for a boom mic as in my set up but you can manage to snake it through.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. HD dealer wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount if I recall so glad I found it on Amazon instead.

I lost my original on a HARLEY-DAVIDSON Capstone helmet (by HJC) and this was a perfect replacement. I haven’t used the helmet in cold weather, so I can’t comment too much on how warm the chin curtain is, but it fits comfortably and air doesn’t blow past it. It’s good quality and, while not as sheer as silk, it is comfortably soft and cushiony while still getting out of the way when you need it to. Very satisfied!

Listen to me I been riding for years and I will say this I have pursued higher helmets manly for the track but this chin thing is by far the best I wish I could be sponsored by hjc I would be there live crash dummy seriously that’s how much I believe in the company I went down a few days ago and not a scratch the noise reduction helps me focus and the vents are working this is a little off subject but believe me I am seriously telling ppl to buy this ari and shoe are nice but hjc has them beat they are the next ari and shoe my life I put in there hands and I am okWith that hjc I hope y’allSee this

Installed easily into the snaps on the helmet. Fits against my neck like I thought it would. It cuts down the wind noise as well.I have only rode around the block since installing this (do to the ohio weather) so far so I can not comment on any wind noise above 55mph.The only concern I have and time will tell is if this will grab any 5 o'clock shadow or longer chin or neck hairs.
