Our favorite pastina
We use patina in recipes regularly so we’ve tried lots of brands. This pastina is the clear winner. They hold their shape the best, the size isn’t too small so they don’t get mushy in recipes. This brand also comes out the best after being frozen in a broth-the stars don’t break down or get clumpy when reheated. The price is a tiny bit more than other brands readily available in stores, but their shapes are much smaller and the quality of ingredients doesn’t seem as good.
