I have a massive aphid problem on my roses so I ordered these to help combat it. Bad decision. These are way more pricey than ones I have previously purchased, so I expected extra attention given to ensure they arrived alive. That is not what happened. I didn’t get an accurate count but I would say maybe 50 survived! Don’t waste your money!

We order the Ladybugs every year to help with our vegetable garden. The Ladybugs are delivered fast and all of them are alive.

We received these cute little critters for our plants and garden, and I was worried about shipping and their mortality. These cute little ladybugs came in a little box which looks like they have been well taken care of. They had straw, a cotton of water and a hole for them to breathe out of. Common sense tells, us critters being shipped through the mail are not going to have a 100% survival rate. However, we had a very very good amount that were alive 10/10 would and definitely WILL be buying again.

Customer service is excellent. We ordered 1500 ladybugs and they were delayed in shipping and unfortunately most were not alive upon arrival. We contacted the company and they sent out another order promptly and these arrived in about 7 days and most are alive and healthy. Will order again for our greenhouse.

The high today was 82 degrees. We were home to recieve the package and I opened it immediately. At least half of my 1500 ladybugs are dead. I can see where an attempt was made to give them water on a little sponge thing. When I opened the package the top of the bag was folded over, making it impossible for the lady bugs to get to the water in the bottom section. All of the lady bugs in the top section were dead. I buy anywhere from 4500 to 9000 lady bugs a year and the ones in the mesh bag don't travel very well. I have much better luck with the ones in the cups. Please stop using the mesh bags. It is such a waste of not only my time and money, but your resources and the lives of the lady bugs.
