Very disappointed.
3 germinated out of all the seeds that were received. Out of the 3, none made it. Planted in miracle grow soil and didn't help. Could've been something I did wrong. Not sure. You may have better luck.

good eating onion
I got to eat crow on this one. The shipment of seeds did come through though late. I guess I just didn't know how the seller needed more time to assist me in good seed. Thanks a million and I apologize.

Planting Walla Walla Onions in Florida
I planted these seeds right away upon receiving them and am happy to say that about 80% germinated and after about 4 weeks they outgrew the little starter pots. Even though I live in Florida where the winters are fairly mild we do occasionally get a frost. So, because of the delicate nature of the little plants and time of year (late autumn), I decided to raise them in large pots filled with potting soil for easier care rather than putting them directly into the ground. They are off to a good start and seem to be happy. This is my first time growing these type of onions and look forward to harvest...Blooming Onions... Mmm mmm mmm!
