Great furniture set. Easy to assemble and looks great.

Wobbly table . Really difficult to resemble as screws and nuts don’t really match.Comfortable though and quality ok:The delivery service by XDP utterly rubbish . Delivery showed on tracking system that was about to be delivered all be it very late - then only the table top arrived and tracking system showed all delivered.Impossible to even chat to XDP called Amazon and emailed domo dly - took another 7 days for all the 2 boxes to arrive!I would avoid the grief! Never again

This is a very sturdy and good-looking dining set- the pictures do it justice. It’s also very competitively priced compared to other similar items on the market. Assembly took a while and was quite tricky in places. Can be completed by one person, but better with two. Delivery came three weeks after the order, which was, as expected, longer than the 4-6 day estimate. However, communication from DOMU/Von Haus was poor, even given the lockdown challenges, and XDP delivered one of the three boxes several days after the other. Overall though, very happy with the product, which was worth the wait.

Can believe how lovely this furniture is .was delivered in 4 days i was missing the table but it arrived the following morning excellent service .

Very slow delivery. Not great quality the feet didnt screw in properly and have since broken as made from cheap plastic. Wouldnt say this is good value for the price we paid. Positive is that the cushions dry out well

I put this together on my own in about 2 hours its pretty easy. I used a screwdriver with interchangeable heads and had a hex shaped head the right size which is much easier than using the provided allen key. I also wore gloves as your hand will rub against the rattan for some of the screws and if you do it bare handed it will cut the back of your hand to bits!Overall the build quality seems very good and I am a large guy and it seems to support me comfortably for now but we will have to see how long that lasts. The two sofa pieces are metal in structure, however, to support the seating area there is only two curved metal bars across so I am not sure how secure that is and whether someone is eventual;y going to fall through.The table is large and has screws on the feet which can come out about an inch if needed on an uneven patio but I would not rely on this as its not really a lot of leeway. You maybe able to buy better feet that can screw in instead if needed.On to the delivery company XDP that even though this was during the Pandemic and deserve a little extra were the most incompetent delivery service I have ever experienced. As the other reviews state it is sent in 3 large boxes as 3 different shipments so you do get 3 separate tracking numbers.They took around 3 weeks to deliver and during that time gave me only 2 delivery slots only to never show up. Then after about 2 weeks they sent an email to say there was an attempted delivery and that it was carded. There was no such delivery attempt and no card. However, now after you get this notification you are able to book a date for delivery. I did this 3 times as they only showed up on the third date I selected.The delivery man was perfectly nice but I had to help him carry 2 of the boxes into the house as they were large and he was on his own. This was fine for me but I am not sure what they would have done if it was someone who was not able to help carry the boxes.During all this I contacted both XDP via email and DOMU (VonHaus) via amazon.XDP took 5 days to respond to any emails and when they did respond happened to be days where I had a slot booked so all they would say is 'Looks like you should expect it today let us know if it doesn't show up'. Then when it doesn't show up and you reply to them you will not hear from them for another 5 days and the response will be largely the same.DOMU responds quicker but are fairly useless in their responses and then eventually just stop replying so I would take the guarantee with a pinch of salt as they will probably try their best to ignore you.The fact that DOMU uses such an incompetent delivery company such as XDP reflects badly on them but based on my limited experience with DOMU I don't think they care all that much and probably went with the cheapest company available.I gave 3 stars because even though the product seem really good and worth the money paid the experience of receiving it has made it feel like such an ordeal and I will come back next year if they are still selling this product to inform you if it is still holding together.
