Deceptively powerful for it's size.
Bought to till ground which has not been disturbed for a long time. Completely brutal and not for the feint of heart or those of a small stature. It will take you for a walk if you let it. Move your car or anything which you do not want to be blasted with earth and stones. Keep the wheels down until you have dug down to the required depth by tilting the machine gradually, then raise the wheels and pull it backward slowly. Do not just push it around or you will find yourself being dragged along behind it. Quieter and more convenient than a petrol cultivator and takes up less room when stored. I am delighted

Does a great job for a good price!
I purchased this tiller to replace an older one that had broken. I have used the product three times now and I am very pleased. The product arrived well packaged and was not difficult to put together just the handles and wheels need to be attached and away you go!The first use was to turn over a 5 metre by 5 metre square patch of land inside my fruit cage. This was tilled last year and so not the hardest of ground although it was full of weeds and grass. The TACKLIFE tiller with its six tines did the job in less than half the time of my old tiller. Probably around half an hour. The second time I used it on a 2mtr by 11mtr border. This was a much tougher area and I found that by lowering the wheels (My previous tiller had none) I was able to control the depth the tines cut and make the job less strain by removing the vegetation and then following on with a regular run – very impressive. Again the job took much less time than I expected. I did have to clean up the tines before putting it away, as a lot of vine like scrub from a wisteria had looped around the tines but this always happens with any tiller where there is long growth. You need to remove it to maintain the efficiency. The third use was on some newly prepared land that had been grassland and the first double-dig had been done to turn the spade-sized sods over a few days earlier. The tiller was great at smoothing this out and finding many large stones which it coped with without difficulty. I will do this patch again in a few days when the sun has dried it a bit more and then I will have a smooth enough tilth for planting.I am very pleased with product and it seems best value for the price.
