How tall is this glass? And how wide at its widest point?

We returned these glasses, as too narrow for us at the top.

Can they go in the dishwasher?

We haven't tried ours in the dishwasher. I wouldn't risk it.

One glass arrived broken, how do I contact a seller to replace it without having to return a broken glass back?

When this has happened to me (on another website) I just sent photos and a replacement was sent
