Very disappointed. Material is very thin to the point of being see through. Fabric is not at all soft. Hopefully may improve with lots of fabric softener. Colours are not as deep as the picture, again I think due to the thinness of fabric. I guess you get what you pay for. However excellent delivery service.

The product arrived, I put the duvet cover on and there is no poppers on the one side, so the end of the duvet cover is open and I can’t close it, really disappointed. How do I get in touch with the seller to let them know that my duvet cover is faulty
