I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews before making this purchase. I've never had to read reviews before, as I've never had a problem with Amazon purchases. But I regret it bitterly. I bought this machine and only received it after 4 months. It is an unacceptable delay. When the machine arrived, I found that it is entirely in oriental language (take a look in the photos that I attached here), I could not find out if it is Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or another language. The product came from China, the power pin also does not fit in the United States power outlets. The manual is in non-Romanized oriental language, they are ideograms, which completely prevents the search for translations. There was no mention of these problems in the announcement of the machine, making me believe that it would be a normal purchase, in English or at least multi-language, that it would be adequate to the energy standards of the United States, and also that it would be delivered on time. If you are reading this testimonial before buying, I suggest you do not. If you wish I will give my machine to you, because in the way that in came, it doesn't serve me, because I can't use it in the language it is made, so at least you don't spend your money enriching this company in bad faith.

This company sent me an item that is in a total foreign language. They say it is made in Japan, but want it shipped back to China. The manuals and printing on machine are either Chinese or Japanese, I don't know, I don't speak either. I have bought 100's of product from China and have never had any in a total foreign language. They should have known by the address (in the USA) that it should have been in English. No mention of this in listing., Deceptive selling! Don't buy anything from China!!!

I will never know if this product is quality or not. The control panel, instructions and recipe book are not in English. Getting a refund has not been a pleasant experience.

My mother ordered this for me, it took months to arrive. The instructions and settings are not in english. I don't have instructions to send it back and she passed away shortly after ordering it.
